Three new-ish songs to hear. Two actually submitted!
I do love abit of White Lies. This remix by great band M83, makes them sound just like Depeche Mode. In fact, I expected “Walking In My Shoes” to just kick in, even though the beat here is kind of a bit slower. Ah I love it.
White Lies – Nothing to Give (M83 Remix)
Track dropped in my drop box by this band, The Swing Movement and it proves, drop it and I will listen. Luckily the first one dropped is actually so good that I had to include it in the next post. It’s a really good track, may be seen as generic indie, but it’s pretty damn brilliant and has some very very good lyricism
The Swing Movement – Jigsaw
Thirdly and finally, this song by Generationals which is, as described a proper summer anthem. Don’t know if it’ll break into the major airwaves but I’m pretty sure that it will be drifting around throughout the coming summer months. It’s like a contemporary version of the beach boys if you ask me. Nice and positive and uplifting.
